Hi, I’m Oksana Falina, a qualified ANTA accredited Functional & Holistic Nutritionist with years of personal and professional experience in natural healing. I see a person as a whole, and look at the full picture: your diet, exercise, sleep, stress and emotional wellbeing. I combine nutrition, supplements, stress-management and sleep optimization strategies with various coaching tools to help you not only receive advice but actually make lasting changes. I support people with stress, digestion, weight, hormonal balance, autoimmune conditions, low energy, and more.
