About me
Sara's approach is rooted in the belief that deep connections—to yourself, your body, and others—are essential in life. It’s this focus on connection that drives her work, whether she's guiding clients through sexual health concerns or facilitating transformative workshops. For her, connection is the “kink” that underpins everything she does, helping others to experience richer relationships with themselves and the people in their lives. She specialises in sexual exploration, kink, ethical non monogamy as well as navigating relationship hurdles such as attachment styles, deeper communication, better connections and working through betrayal or change.
