About me

I hold a Bachelor of Health Science in Naturopathy and am passionate about supporting women and their families through fertility, pregnancy and postpartum. Through my own complex journey to becoming a parent and experiencing the distinct lack of 'the village' we all need during this season of life, I have made it my mission to help my clients feel supported, empowered and held as they grow their families. As a mum of a young son, I also have a strong interest in children's health, from reducing the impact of those pesky daycare bugs, to navigating food sensitivities, tummy troubles and eczema. My approach is often "less is more" with kids' health, focusing on diet and lifestyle wherever possible and using nutrients and herbal medicine when appropriate.

Consultations will explore your key health concerns, body systems, diet, lifestyle, medical and family history. I will ask you a lot of questions to understand the many aspects of your health - mind, body and spirit. We will then work together towards your health goals, which may involve diet, lifestyle and supplementation.
