About me
People that have worked with me have described me as being inspirational, intuitive, and lit up when helping others to achieve their goals. Having spent over a decade working in the health and wellness industry alongside women’s groups and world class mentors, I have achieved overcoming my own physical and mental health issues, divorce, financial loss, and moving more than 50 times throughout my life. Once I decided that I no longer wanted to live on ‘struggle street’, I utilised both dynamic and traditional coaching styles to break through my limitations and find my way to ‘Yes Town’. I am a certified Results Coach that uses internationally accredited techniques to coach and lead others to also be able to say ‘Yes’ to life and to inspire others to share in the feeling of ‘I can do it!’ Although I have an advanced diploma of Ayurveda Medicine, having specialised in Digestion & Nutrition, I find that coaching is a fundamental and radical transformation tool that everyone needs.
